We came hear for a Sunday Brunch on our last day in Hawaii and 100 Sails did not disappoint! …
Decor is tired and needs an update. The atmosphere is rushed and crowded, and we were reminded several times that we had a 2 hour limit. The food is good but uninspired. There were highlights and misses. We just went to the buffet at Plumeria Beach House, and I feel like for the same cost, the experience and food were a step higher there. Fried foods were overcooked here. The vegetable medly was uninspired (steamed broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, wax beans, no seasoning). Lobster in black bean sauce, handroll sushi bar, and lamb chops were the highlights. The dessert options are slightly better but they are not executed as well as Plumeria Beach House. They don't refill the buffet as frequently, the wait staff is tired. One person refilled my son's water, and an ice cube jumped out of the pitcher into his lap, and the waiter said nothing but moved to the next glass. My brother gives the bathrooms a B+, but my daughter said there's no washlets.
Good service and atmosphere but food is very low grade for the price $120 per person for dinner buffet is a complete rip off. Most low value buffet I’ve ever had in my entire life. I do not recommend this place as price does not align with food quality.
Better than any buffet in Island of Hawaii...and you don't need to have to be staying there to be welcome...will definitely come again!
